This Unit was established in the year 1997, for the manufacturing of briquettes a product after Bio Conversion of Agriculture waste. This kind of fuel is pollution less and much economical for the consumers of the Bricks Killen of the state using this fuel to heat their bricks.

Briquettes fuel is an ideal and ready substitute to coal, firewood etc. and easily replaces these conventional fuels for heating, steam generation etc. The fuel offers numerous advantages mentioned below other than consistent quality and economical prices.

1. High Calorific value ranging between 3500-5000 K.Cals/Kgs. depending on material
2. Low ash content of 2.10% as compared 20-40% in coal.
3. Non polluting as it does not emit any sulphur or phosphorus fumes and fly ash eliminating the need for expensive pollution control equipments.
4. Efficient as the fuel is ideally/sized in 50-60 mm dia* 50-150mm length for complete combustion.
5. Ease of handling  & storage due to its size and as it can be packed in bags thereby reducing labour costs in handling, sorting and breaking.
6. Clean to hands and keeps the surrounding environment clean.
7. Availability of the fuel is better as its usually produced near the consumption center reducing cost of storage and space.
8. Cheaper than coal as is utilizes wastes and reduces usually disposed off at low costs.
